Summary: Investigate the user-modify CSS property
Product: WebAppsWG
Version: unspecified

Gecko and WebKit both have "user-modify" CSS properties -- -moz-user-modify and
-webkit-user-modify. I need to investigate these and see if they make sense to
spec in some form. There are apparently extra values too, including write-only
in Gecko and read-write-plaintext-only in WebKit.
