Hi Ronny - to formally participate in the Web Applications WG, your company must first join the W3C and information about that process can be found in [1]. Re W3C widgets, I consider the v1 specs functionally complete with the exception of the Widget Update specs. See [2] for the status of the group's widget specs. The WG does have a "Widgets Embedding" spec in its charter. There hasn't been any formal work done on that spec although there is a wiki to gather links to related resources [3]. -Art Barstow [1] http://www.w3.org/Consortium/membership [2] http://www.w3.org/2008/webapps/wiki/PubStatus#Widget_Specifications [3] http://www.w3.org/2008/webapps/wiki/WidgetEmbedding On 8/25/11 4:37 PM, ext Ronny A Pena wrote: > Hello W3C, > > My company is looking to become an active participant in the W3C > widgets standard.
