Widgets P&C CR Question

Hi All,

I noticed in the P&C under Section 8.8.1 "Attributes of the author 
Element" that the href attribute includes a line saying "It is 
/optional/ for authors to use the |xml:lang 
<http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/CR-widgets-20090723/#xmllang>| attribute with 
an |author <http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/CR-widgets-20090723/#author0>| 
element."

Is this meant to instead say that the href is optional? I believe this 
might be a copy and paste error, since xml:lang was removed between the 
current and previous versions of the spec.
