bkardell left a comment (w3ctag/design-reviews#1202) At least a part of this originated from the request to obsolete / rescind a recommendation (XSLT) because browsers were discussing removal. While there is a lot of stuff to debate, at least part of this seems like it could be helped by adding a readme to the obsoletion request repository that explains what things we have and haven't obsoleted and why (that is, I think we could have avoided this discussion if we had something that argued this is not a good reason to do it in the first place). https://github.com/w3ctag/obsoletion/issues/11 What do others think? -- Reply to this email directly or view it on GitHub: https://github.com/w3ctag/design-reviews/issues/1202#issuecomment-5626761685 You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
