Not sure where this would be potentially useful in the SW spec. For the event listener existence checks at the end of https://w3c.github.io/ServiceWorker/#run-service-worker-algorithm we care about all possible events; there isn't an exhaustive set of specific events to check, so at least there I don't think it would be useful.
