@kyerebo, we should avoid abbreviations like "app", so maybe we change to "application-context"? Also, in your explainer you had that all iframes can't see the value... I think it's fine for same origin iframes to see the value, as they can reach into their parent or `top` regardless). Does that make sense, or am I missing something?
