The use cases are solid and we’re glad to see the API design has evolved with feedback.

We would [still](https://github.com/w3ctag/design-reviews/issues/1142#issuecomment-3360086118) encourage you to consider extending [Anchor Positioning](https://www.w3.org/TR/css-anchor-position-1/), to allow for more declarative approaches to layout for the popup use cases.

We’ll resolve this as satisfied.
