[charter-drafts#784](https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/pull/784) proposes specific text addressing the TAG's concerns on SotD signalling, Vibration, and Generic Sensor framing, intended to land alongside #770. The remaining concerns are tracked in [#780](https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/issues/780), [#781](https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/issues/781), [#782](https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/issues/782), and [#783](https://github.com/w3c/charter-drafts/issues/783).
