@annevk In the simplest mechanism, the browser can show its own button on gaze, using the same VisionOS APIs that allow Safari to show buttons in https://developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2025/303/?time=155. Styling the button would have to be done carefully, since a lot of CSS exposes when it matches, but VisionOS has some interesting mechanisms for this, which might carry over to the web.
