[w3c/manifest] [Editorial] Fixes "default display mode" terminology (PR #1204)

This change:

* Makes editorial changes (changes informative sections, or changes normative sections without changing behavior)

Commit message:

Clarifies the concept of default display mode. Introduces the requested and effective display mode concept to better understand how the display mode and the media query behave.
