cool idea!

some thoughts:
- Could 'removing site data' / 'sw unregister' this be something that the user agent can facilitate? e.g. on desktop, when the user uninstalls an app, we provide a checkbox for us to also remove all site data. On Android, we have less control over the uninstall path (e.g. IDK if we can intercept anything there to present a dialog) so IDK how feasible that is.
- Other random ideas: I wonder if this is something that could be achieved 'declaratively' via storage buckets. e.g. 'eager deletion' bucket or something?
