This is a recharter of the Web Editing Working Group, a long-standing Working Group dealing with a rich editing experience on the web. This update seems minor, adding the Caret Movement Specification as a deliverable to improve the rich editing experience, including enhanced internationalization support. We are closing this review as **satisfied**.
