[w3c/permissions] Businesses provide emails and say to email with any inquiries, when emailed they say don't email or respond to email. (Issue #472)

I've Been dealing with businesses and compliance for years as I am a policy and procedure adherence type of operator. I don't like when businesses or companies fail to follow their own policy or have the option to deny certain opportunities without explicit explanation and prior violations of compliance. When someone provides an email address and says email us anytime, and when we do we are disrespected and treated like an inconvenience it upsets customers who should feel inclusive and positive encouraging responses with information to assist with their inquiries. Attempting to fabricate notions and act like children in arguments instead of having conversation communication as adults is absurd to me from business or company employees. I may come off intimidating but my mindset is for progress and to ensure positive experiences without unnecessary issues arising from employee compliance failure. I admit my mistakes and take responsibility for my actions. I also like to keep people informed as to not leave others unaware of actions or words spoken. Teamwork is how we move forward but denying the ability to express ones concerns via email is becoming more and more common.
