Thanks for your question, however, this isn't the best avenue to get it answered. This repo is a space for the W3C TAG to review submitted designs of APIs and other web technologies. You can ask your question directly to the [CSS Working Group Drafts](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues) repo. I recommend opening an issue there so that it's visible to the group.
