Just to double check, is TAG fine with `<template shadowrootmode="open" shadowrootadoptedstylesheets="./styles.css">`, as in, something that looks like a URL in an attribute, but will not fetch. It will only work if it's previously been fetched.

Does anything else on the platform behave like this?
