mkruisselbrink left a comment (w3c/ServiceWorker#1184) And I don't think Jake's question got ever answered, i.e. what happens with a network fetch if the network connection is interrupted after some time (i.e. the network cable gets unplugged or something). At least as I understand it this issue isn't about if there should be a timeout or not, but what happens when a stream gets aborted.
