Hi @mustaqahmed, the TAG discussed it at a Breakout today and are happy to resolve this as `satisfied`.

We had a brief discussion on whether the use case is best with promises or callbacks according to the Design Principles (eg [1](https://w3ctag.github.io/design-principles/#promises-and-reaction) and [2](https://w3ctag.github.io/design-principles/#sync-callbacks)) but agreed that promises are good here.
