Why? If you want to completely eliminate the possibility of this, then I can give you a good use case when necessary: if you are making a remote access client (something like VNC or TeamViewer) and want the maximum possible number of keys and their combinations to be intercepted. I have just such a case: users want the keys to be able to be transferred to a remote side.
