The TAG agrees that this is an important use case, but we suspect that there is a modular design for this feature for which the only extra burden on server operators is to select which of its sub-features they want. Even though your developer feedback shows that DBSC picks the right combination of sub-feature for some of today's developers, a more modular (["lower-level"](https://www.w3.org/TR/design-principles/#high-level-low-level)) design would protect future developers if they turn out to need a different combination. However, we recognize that no group is willing to put in the time to create that design, if we're even right that it exists, and so we're going to just close this review as `unsatisfied`.
