Behavior might be:
`"cache"`: look up the cache storage without any options.  Equivalent to `caches.match(request)`
`cacheName: "example"`: look up the cache "example" without any options. Equivalent to `caches.match(request, {cacheName: "example"})`
`cacheOptions: {ignoreSearch: true}`: look up the cache storage with the given option. Equivalent to `caches.match(request, {ignoreSearch: true})`
`cacheName: "example", cacheOptions: {ignoreSearch: true}`: look up the cache "example" with the given option. Equivalent to `caches.match(request, Object.assign({ignoreSearch: true}, {cacheName: "example"}))`
