This is a charter for a new Interest Group evaluating the intersection of the web and AI.

The scope of the group seems well-suited to discussing agentic AI security in a more targeted fashion than it seems to be right now. An explicit item, with the threat modeling points as sub-items, would make it clear that this group is a place to share information about best practices and so forth.

The work on ML ethics is a generally interesting topic, but we think that—in the interest of maintaining focus and relevancy—this is not web-specific, despite the name. We would recommend removing that from the scope of the charter.

All in all, we appreciate the discussions surrounding web and AI, and conclude this review as "satisfied."
