I think I found what you mean.
https://w3c.github.io/spec-prod/

SOURCE/DESTINATION are detected by https://github.com/w3c/spec-prod/blob/main/src/prepare-build.ts#L56
VALIDATE_MARKUP is default true.
BUILD_FAIL_ON is default fatal.

Then, I have nothing to add.
