i. Progress: Only progress since last year is 77b2086a2ffb613dadd5f76c2edd03822b1cd5cb, partitioning blob URL revocating by storage key.
ii. Progress: Mostly a lack of time on behalf of the editors to clean up the spec/specify the underdefined areas of the spec (primarily still around blob reading and integration with other specs that vend blobs, like IndexedDB and Cache Storage).
iii. Testing: Web platform tests cover most of the spec, although the parts that are underdefined are also undertested. As such it is unknown if there are any compat issues lurking in those areas.
iv. Next Steps: Any help finishing things up is welcome, as I haven't been able to dedicate any time to it over the last year.
