I am a serious JavaScript developer from Nigeria. I do not take for granted your time and what i have put forward in this proposal. This is my first proposal related to [this proposal](https://github.com/whatwg/fetch/issues/27). I hope that this proposal of mine could be considered for moving the discussion forward on cancellable promises.
