Hi all!

I see there are some [tests in WPT](https://wpt.fyi/results/IndexedDB/idbindex_getAllRecords.tentative.any.html) for this, so it would be nice if this could get an update, and maybe some official spec text. (I assume [this](https://github.com/w3c/IndexedDB/pull/280) was the start of that)
