[whatwg/dom] What "DOM" stands for, "Document Object Model", was never explicitly mentioned (Issue #1371)

ThomasETN created an issue (whatwg/dom#1371)

### What is the issue with the DOM Standard?

Please consider mentioning the full form of "DOM", i.e. "Document Object Model ", at least once at the start of the document.

For instance, in the abstract instead of:
> DOM defines a platform-neutral model for events, aborting activities, and node trees.

It could be:
>Document Object Model (DOM) defines a platform-neutral model for events, aborting activities, and node trees.
