Hi all,

I'd like to invite your review of a proposed input event for the Gamepad API: the rawgamepadinputchange event. This event is designed to support responsive input handling for latency-sensitive use cases such as cloud gaming and real-time multiplayer scenarios.

The explainer outlines the motivation, goals, event design, and future considerations (e.g., input alignment and event coalescing). Feedback on the event model, naming, extensibility, and overall approach would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to your thoughts!
