What “installed” means is media feature of having OS integration, possibly having met some installability criteria (e.g., in the case of Chrome). It’s unlikely to apply to “browser”, as that wouldn’t meet the definition (as generally there is no OS integration). But for minimal UI and full screen, yes. 

I guess the key thing is the interpretation and user expectation of “installed”.
