@siusin Can I ask what is remaining tasks?  I assume it is like:

1. move the repo to WebAppWG (https://github.com/w3c/ServiceWorker/pull/1759)
1.1. resolve the boilerplate issue https://github.com/speced/bikeshed-boilerplate/pull/141
1.2. merge the PR upon 
2. fix spec to make it pass the validator
2.1. revise the dead link (or, remove the link itself)
2.2. fix broken refs.
2.3. resolve redirects.
3. enable auto publishing

Is my understanding correct?  Please point out if something missing/wrong.

@monica-ch how do we decide allocations of tasks?  Do you have bandwidth to proceed validator fixes?  Or, do you need my help?
