I've just looked into 3 again. If I remove my ad-hoc "if the navigable has no active document, return" from between steps 4 and 5 of "destroy a child navigable", the crash is now happening in a different test: `custom-elements/registries/scoped-registry-define-upgrade-order.hml`. It's possible that that's just a bug in my/Ladybird's code, I do see a few other regressions still. But it should be a lot easier to track those down without the big failures caused by not setting the registry in HTMLConstructor. I'll take a look next week.
