@beidson Can declarative web push work inside WKWebView?

I've got several apps that load the main web app in a web view. I'd like to use declarative web push there, if possible, but it doesn't seem like WKWebView supports it in my initial tests. Trying out [this page](https://whatpwacando.today/declarative-web-push/) in a WKWebView seems to fail.
