Web components are a DOM API and really have no bearing or relationship to modules, bundling, or CDNs. Web components have mostly the same considerations as any other API you might use.

This isn't really a great place to ask this question, since this issue tracker is for discussing potential web component-related changes to the DOM and HTML specs. I would try one of the web component user discussion spaces, like the WCCG Discord server linked here: https://github.com/w3c/webcomponents-cg?tab=readme-ov-file#discussion
