Ah, right!

But also, itlooks like https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#valid-namespace-prefix explicitly ensures a non empty string which the empty string check is working around. Maybe this is also a chromium bug which WPT has been aligned to in all 3 of the tests listed above, and we _should_ be throwing? I don't know enough here about what is okay to accept or not 😅
