[w3c/selection-api] Change Selection to be associated with a composed live range (PR #345)

Note: This PR is not ready to merge, but can reviewed. It depends on the definitions "composed live range" and "cached live range", being specced at: https://github.com/whatwg/dom/pull/1342

For normative changes, the following tasks have been completed:
