My apologies. I may not have fully understood the status of this document when I described the issue to our team. Thank you for your explanation.

So, this document is an incubated proposal that can be replaced by EditContext? If that’s the case, I don’t think we need to formally publish it as a technical report on /TR. We can simply archive it as an unofficial draft of the WG instead?

@frivoal any suggestions?
