Re: [w3c/manifest] Add a manifest option for the declaration the "version" of the web application (Issue #1036)

This come up again in https://github.com/w3c/manifest/issues/1157 ... @dmurph and I had a look and concluded that either "version-name" or "version-string" or just "version" could work. 

However, we probably don't want to go down the "code" route.
