annevk left a comment (whatwg/fetch#1838) - I think if the request header is kept it needs to be prefixed with `Sec-`. But we should also check with the HTTP WG, probably via an email to their mailing list (which can then be linked here). - `retryIfServerUnreached` if browsers already do this automatically, wouldn't that be more useful over requiring web developers to set it? Also, not sure how we didn't cover this already, but we need to define the interaction with request streams.
