Re: [w3c/IndexedDB] Consider adding a simple(ish) query engine (Issue #403)

One of DocumentDB's discussions and wider goals seems to be creating a standard for document databases. The MongoDB compatible API they have adopted could be a good fit for IndexedDB if adding a query engine (which has been mentioned in https://github.com/w3c/IndexedDB/issues/45).

With [DocumentDB's move to the Linux Foundation](https://www.linuxfoundation.org/press/linux-foundation-welcomes-documentdb-to-advance-open-developer-first-nosql-innovation) and the support it appears to be gathering, is there potential for collaboration?
