@jyasskin I've added [a new section to the explainer](https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/wiki/Explainer:-WebAuthn-immediate-mediation#comparison-to-conditional-ui) with a more explicit comparison to Conditional UI, attempting to make it clear why we think it doesn't enable the use cases that we are targeting.
