We don't want to link to competing Japanese translations. That seems like it will put a burden on Japanese speakers as now they'll have to decide which link to click. Could you figure out with @triple-underscore how to proceed for that one?

For Korean let's use "ko". https://github.com/speced/bikeshed/pull/3152 will need to land first.
