Thank you for this proposal, while reviewing your document, we found the proposed name for the Permission Policy to be confusing, as the goal is not to play, but to keep alive and paused while not visible. 'media-playback-while-not-visible' should be changed to something less confusing.

We would also like to see a Privacy review of this feature.

I was wondering if the visibility/non-visibility of an iframe could reuse behaviour from BFCache wrt video/audio, to avoid destroying/recreating.
