Incorrect question. 
**How many flows should be sufficient to be supported by DCE?**

The minimal gentleman set for web apps. Like Angular Material. The flows:
* site templates ( page template, headers, navigation, etc.)
* forms flow, questionarrie as particular case
* authentication flows ( login, device authorization, user profile, etc. )
* shopping cart
* communication - teleconference

That is the scope I been thinking for `<custom-element>` and it is on the way to cover it in completely declarative fashion.
