domenic left a comment (w3c/IndexedDB#446) Oh wow, I didn't realize that the proposal introduced a new way for ArrayBufferViews to be invalid... That's going to be a pain to propagate throughout the spec ecosystem. Is it ever valid to "get a copy of the bytes held by the buffer source" for an out-of-bound view?
