Re: [w3c/ServiceWorker] ServiceWorker verification (Issue #1720)

since is a long strech to even consider this pseudo proposal I invite anyone interesed to give an opionion in this new issue:

at least this feature would allow to check the consistency of the service worker script, its a minimal, non breaking feature in pro of transparency, any help or guidance is appreciated
