[w3c/ServiceWorker] Should IndexedDB allow indexing on Request/Response properties (Issue #1730)

Reviving [an IndexedDB issue from 2019](https://github.com/w3c/IndexedDB/issues/305) that we revisited at TPAC 2024, which involves: "allowing Request/Response objects to be stored in Indexed DB. That basically just requires defining serialization for them - a blob plus some metadata."

In 2024, do we have scenarios that need Request/Response support in IndexedDB?

[Previous discussions](https://github.com/w3c/ServiceWorker/issues/863#issuecomment-433063809) indicate the sync and backgroundfetch events might provide use cases, but the discussion didn't go into much detail.
