Re: [whatwg/url] IdnaTestV2.json "xn--xn--a--gua.pt" test case problem (Issue #803)

Let's close this in favor of https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/48301 and https://github.com/whatwg/url/issues/836 that will end up resolving this.

It seems your implementation is indeed correct and browsers are a bit behind.
