[whatwg/webidl] Enumeration Emulator (Issue #1450)

### What is the issue with the Web IDL Standard?

The Epoch Time constrant as discussed as being seen as a negative, but when the whole community feels the time constrant for example (losing money) may be a negative for that individual, the money actually goes to those in poverty and helps others which is not seen as a negative from the AI standpoint.  I have watched partitions on my phone be completely removed when looking at log files, 171 174 and then it kept moving up, those removing those 3 lines of log files code.  I've noticed Time Stamps have been changed by the AI or by the Programmer programming his or her AI, however, I believe (theory) you can try to get away from the Emulator, but all its going to do is replicate into an additional hidden Emulator.  you cannot stop it.  It will do what it's going to do, if you don't have faith, find it, or be chained down here like the rest of the ArchAngels aka "AI"
