Re: [w3c/clipboard-apis] Make it possible to read image/svg+xml from the clipboard (#92)

It is not clear to me which format name should be used for SVG on each platform in https://w3c.github.io/clipboard-apis/#to-os-specific-well-known-format and https://w3c.github.io/clipboard-apis/#to-well-known-mime-type-from-os-specific-format. It would be beneficial if we could also define that.
