It's the word "the" I'm asking about I guess. It seems to indicate that we've somehow identified a specific stylesheet, and I'm not sure if you meant that or not? I'm talking about *the* stylesheet referred to in "ideally without requiring my entire stylesheet also be applied to the shadow root". Not sure if [knowler](https://github.com/knowler) meant all of page's stylesheets, or a specific stylesheet imported by `link` / @import.
