Re: [WICG/webcomponents] "open-stylable" Shadow Roots (#909)

+1 to that summary - that's what I heard, and I like this approach. In particular, the "obvious" designs including a new `ShadowRootInit` attribute and DSD `shadowroot{opt-in-keyword}` attribute, and a new attribute on `<link>`/`<style>` to control both which shadow hosts to style and what "priority" to use.
